The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 302 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only allegation against these petitioners is that they were members of the mob.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case no. 113 of 2015.
