The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NTPC Police Station Case No. 18 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after three months from today.
