Petitioner happens to be husband of opposite party No. 2 and is languishing in jail custody since 21-02-2014 in a case in which, cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 96 of 2012 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
