The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.282 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Sheohar. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice on merit taking into consideration that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he shot fire at his cousin, who died in course of carrying to hospital for treatment. The report as called for vide order dated 09.03.2016 has been received from the court of Sessions Judge, Sheohar vide letter No. 15 of 2016 dated 16.03.2016, which shows that out of 11 witnesses, 05 chargesheet witnesses have been examined. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8804 of 2016 (3) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 court below expected that the trial of the case may be concluded within three months.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer of bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is again rejected. However, the learned Court below is directed to take effective stapes to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months.
