There was dacoity in the house of Bhagwan Krishna Jha in the night of 24/25-06-2014 and on account thereof, instant case has been registered against unknown. Petitioner was apprehended during course of investigation and as per para-145 of the case diary, he has been identified by the informant as well as Kulanand Kabti.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

Learned lower court is directed to expedite the trial in the background of period of custody.
