Petitioner is accused in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 393 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the dead body was identified by his father as his son Suresh Sahni. Thereafter, Ashrafi Sahni, father of deceased Suresh Sahni and Uday Sahni have raised suspicion against the petitioner and 7 others accompanied the deceased in marriage party. Except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9456 of 2016 (3) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 31.12.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge4th-cum-A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 393 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
