Patna High Court CWJC No.10958 of 2013(5) dt.18-07-2024 2/3 appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Arun Kumar, learned AC to GP1 for the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that the petitioners seek to file a detailed representation before Director, Agriculture Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of their grievance, as sought for in the present writ petition, considering the fact that the work from the petitioners is being taken in light of the order/ direction passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.9893 of 2011 arising out of S.L.P. (C) No.11878 of 2010. It is the case of the petitioners that petitioners are working in the office of Block Agriculture Officer and even though the petitioners fulfill all the requisite qualification, their services have not been regularized. Initial appointment of the petitioners was done following all the requirement, like open advertisement, selection etc.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has not denied the fact that work from the petitioners is not being taken in light of Annexure 2.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file comprehensive representation before the Director, Agriculture Government of Bihar, Patna

Patna High Court CWJC No.10958 of 2013(5) dt.18-07-2024 3/3 along with requisite documents for considering their claim for being taken into regular establishment, considering the fact that petitioners are still working in the office of Block Agriculture Officer.
