The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.94 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 23.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33853 of 2014.

Regard being had to the reasons recorded in the aforesaid order dated 23.9.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18023 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 conclude the same as early as possible.
