There happens to be omnibus allegation against the petitioner including others to have assaulted informant, Roshan Kumar along with his uncle Awadhesh Prasad and Rakesh Kumar and on account thereof, it has also been disclosed that Rakesh and Awadhesh became unconscious. It has also been alleged that petitioner had snatched away wrist watch while Munna Kumar snatched away chain from Rakesh Kumar.
From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that with regard to petitioner similar situation prevails.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17917 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 That being so, petitioner Umesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri B.M.
