The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.20 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.3,000/- as maintenance to the opposite party no.2 and her children. In support thereof a 2nd supplementary affidavit has been filed. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
