The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Purnea Sadar (Mufassil) P.S.Case No.498 of 2014 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the truck driver, who was carrying the truck loaded with grams but he sold the truck as well as the grams. The truck was recovered on his own confessional statement from the garage of Lal Thakur. The grams were also recovered from the possession of one Ram Dular Singh.

Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) ahk/- U T
