The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that one person called from his mobile no. 9771028265 and demanded extortion of Rs. 20 Lakhs. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation it transpired that the aforesaid SIM number was issued in the name of the petitioner as disclosed by Jai Kishun Sah.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mobile of the petitioner was lost and the petitioner did not call anybody nor demanded extortion. The petitioner has got no

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Town P.S.
