The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 731 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022, registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. From the statement of the victim, it appears that she was in a relationship with the petitioner. The compromise has taken place between the informant and the petitioner as stated in para 8 of the petition. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent and he is

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 731 of 2022.
