Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner happens to be son of co-accused Sagar Sharma with whom complainant had made some transactions in question. Moreover, except oral statement of the complainant, there is nothing on the record to show that petitioner was also involved in the aforesaid transactions.

No.9900 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna city in connection with Complaint Case No. 657 of 2015.
