2. This application is filed for modification of the order dated 21.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54133 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. Considering the reasons as stated in the modification application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioners, let the time to surrender of the above named petitioners pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Hilsa at Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015 be further extended by four weeks' from today subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bonds.
