Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner is Vakil Kumar @ Vakil Ray, but inadvertently in Cr. Misc No. 23424 of 2025, the alias name of the petitioner Vikal Ray was recorded instead of Vakil Ray, as such the instant modification application has been filed for correcting the alias name of the petitioner as Vakil Ray instead of Vikal Ray as recorded in the order dated 30-4-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 23424 of 2025.

Learned APP does not oppose the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51368 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 the order dated 30-4-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 23424 of 2025 with regard to the description of the petitioner is modified to read as Vakil Kumar @ Vakil Ray instead of Vakil Kumar @ Vikal Ray. 5.

The order dated 30-4-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 23424 of 2025 is modified to the extent indicated above. 6.

It is made clear that if the petitioner surrenders on or before 4-8-2025, his bail bonds shall be accepted on same terms and conditions.
