The interlocutory application (I.A. No. 3472 of 2015) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner praying for substitution of the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased opposite party no. 8 Panchu Roy stating therein that he died on 20.04.2014 leaving behind his heirs and legal representatives as mentioned in paragraph-2 of the said interlocutory application. In view of the statement made in the interlocutory application, the prayer for substitution of the deceased opposite party no. 8 Panchu Roy is allowed and his heirs and legal representatives as mentioned in paragraph-2 are substituted in his place after expunging his name from the civil revision application. Issue notice to the substituted heirs of the deceased opposite party no. 8 for which the petitioner must file requisites

Patna High Court C.R. No.2135 of 2009 (13) dt.29-04-2015 both under registered cover as well as ordinary process within one week, failing which the application shall sand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
