Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with POSCO case no. 01/2015 arising out of Supaul (Mahila) P.S. case no. 07/2015 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Supaul stands rejected.
