The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act The informant came to know from the villagers that Tinku Mian, Md. Soni and others had come and exploded bomb. Accused Tinku Miyan fired with pistol.

It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Co- accused Md. Soni @ Imran and Md. Laddan Ansari have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr.Misc. No.8780 of 2015 and Cr.Misc.No.34118 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S.Case No.55 of 2014 (G.R.No.1637 of 2014).
