Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Barahia P.S. Case 70 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol and five live cartridges have been recovered from the house of neighbor of the petitioner namely, Gauri Shankar Singh which were thrown from his house.

From paragraph-3 of the bail petition it appears that 15 cases are pending against the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months.
