The petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.230 of 2014 arising out of Jamalpur P.S.Case No.109 of 2013 registered under Sections 302 and other Sections of the IPC. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased on whose statement present FIR was lodged. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he burnt his wife. During the course of treatment the wife of the petitioner died.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 4.12.2013 but the charges are not framed.

Considering the facts and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, II, Munger is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, without any fault of the petitioner, the petitioner may renew his sprayer for bail.
