2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 12/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Rs. 58375/- (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-five) was looted by unknown criminals from the collection agent of Bandhan Bank. The petitioner's name has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2024 and he has clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to make good of the loss to the informant without accepting his guilt and without prejudice to his case.
5. Considering the period of custody and the

No.52855 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 undertaking given by the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur/ concerned court in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 12/2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall produce a demand draft of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) only in the name of the informant at the time of furnishing bail bond and the same shall be handed over to the informant by the Court below. This is without prejudice to the case of the petitioner.
6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Imadpur Police Station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
