Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26(1),35 of Arms Act.

Four persons were apprehended by the police including the petitioner. The petitioner disclosed that in his house there is a pistol and thereafter the pistol and live cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5401 of 2021(4) dt.28-06-2021 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Pasraha Police Station Case No.84 of 2020, G.R.No.2598 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
