Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught with stolen vehicle, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
