Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Three persons were caught with firearms and cartridges. The aforesaid persons disclosed that they had purchased seized arms and cartridges from the petitioner. The above stated apprehended persons have already been granted privilege of bail. So far as criminal antecedent of petitioner is concerned, earlier petitioner was made accused in several cases but except one case, he has already been acquitted in almost all cases. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Govindpur P.S. Case no. 11/2015.
