The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399 & 402 of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and one Md. Tajeem Khan were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered. From the possession of said Tajeem Khan live cartridges were recovered.

The petitioner is in jail since 10.8.2014. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent but he has already remained in jail for about ten months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that Md. Tajeem Khan has already been enlarged on bail, the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20720 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tatarpur) P.S. Case No. 541 of 2014.
