The petitioners seek bail in Jamui P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted Nitesh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18177 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 Kumar and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the injury report it appears that Nitesh Kumar Bhagat got as many as four injuries, but the injuries are simple in nature. There is a counter version.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P.S.
