2. The petitioner seeks bail in Mashrak P.S. Case No. 380 of 2024 registered under Section-30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that in course of checking of vehicles by police officials, the petitioner was arrested and on search of 77.76 litres wine is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23-06-2024.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-2, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S.
