The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code The petitioner is alleged to have forged the certificate for appointment on the post of teacher.
It is submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended while submitting the certificate. The petitioner is in jail since 11.3.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No.185 of 2014.
