The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No.171 of 2016 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a completely vague allegation the FIR has been instituted. He submitted that neither the name of the ladies to whom loan was to be distributed nor the amount is mentioned in the FIR. He submitted that the informant has maliciously instituted the case in order to conceal his own misdeeds.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51623 of 2017 (3) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 submitted that the petitioner being the Field Executive of one Saija Finance took some money in order to distribute amongst the ladies as loan but did not distribute the amount to the lonee. Having regard to the nature of allegation in the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, who is reported to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusari in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No.171 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
