This application for anticipatory bail is in connection with G.R. No. 815 of 2021, arising out of Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 348 of 2021, for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 36, 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. There is no recovery from the petitioner and the illicit liquor was recovered from the bag of one co-accused namely Mithlesh Kumar is only 750 ml.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
