The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on platform and two mobiles were recovered from his possession. It is submitted that mobiles were not stolen property. The petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No. 4 of 2015.
