JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 147, 148,149, 323, 307, 379, 341, 325, 326, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. A complaint case bearing Complaint Case no. 584 of 2015 was filed on 05.06.2015 in respect of an occurrence which is said to have taken place on 27.04.2015. On the basis of the aforesaid complaint petition, a police case being Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015 was registered against the petitioner and some others. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Brahmdeo Das and three others have already been granted the privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

No.10248 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjan Kumar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
