JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from Garage of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is a motor mechanic and, as a matter of fact, one Pappu Singh had given the aforesaid motorcycle to him for repairing . Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since long and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba
