2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . It is alleged that sister of the informant was married with co-accused Babloo Yadav about 4 years ago as per
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51968 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/3 Hindu rites and after marriage her sister was tortured and harassed by her husband and in-laws, due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry . It is further alleged that since last one year the husband of his sister was in illicit relation with this coaccused Sugwa Devi (wife of Makeshwar Yadav) and when deceased raised protest all the accused persons including this petitioner killed sister of informant (deceased).
4. Petitioner no. 1 is elder father-in-law petitioner no. 2 is mother-in- law petitioner no.3 is devar respectively of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody . Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51968 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 3/3 connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
