The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was done to death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted that other in-laws have already been enlarged on bail. The husband Guddu Yadav @ Niraj Yadav is in jail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
