Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B) A 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
One live cartridge and Rs.3,000/- are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. So far as motorcycles are concerned, the same have not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.11.2015 and except two cases as well as present one petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11892 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilka Manjhi) P.S. Case No.753 of 2015.
