This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 307, 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he took the informant on a motor cycle driven by one Tulsi and when they reached at the place of occurrence, this petitioner made six firing by his pistol on Guriya Devi causing fire arm injury on her person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the injury report of the informant Guriya Devi, it appears that five injures were found on the injured and all the injury are lacerated wound and simple in nature except injury no. 5.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18152 of 2015 (4) dt.31-07-2015 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P. S. Case No. 266 of 2011.
