The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Doriganj P. S. Case No. 88 of 2017 instituted under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is an admitted position that there was engagement of the informant's daughter with the son of the petitioners no. 1 and 2 but the girl herself sent message on WhatsApp to the bridegroom regarding her relationship with other boy, thereafter Rs. 1,50,000/- was returned back into the account of the informant and the son of

No.53086 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 the petitioners no. 1 and 2 has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45332 of 2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Shambhu Nath Singh, Usha Devi and Abhishek Singh @ Abhishek Kumar Singh @ Chhotan Singh, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S.Case No. 88 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
