Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 and 371 of the Indian Penal Code and 14(1) of Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act, 1986 and Section 23 and 26 of Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act, 2000.

Allegation is that the petitioner was found carrying children for labour work. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2020. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that in fact there is no evidence that the children were being used as labour. Investigation of the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3415 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tariyani Police Station Case No.189 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
