1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State along with learned counsel for the informant.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was falsely implicated in the present case, as police after threadbare investigation came to a considered conclusion that petitioner is innocent and thus submitted final form exonerating the petitioner of the allegations, as such, it is submitted that for the present there is no apprehension of arrest, hence seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh in the event if need arises.

3. The learned APP for the State does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The anticipatory bail application is thus permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
