2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the FIR named accused persons, including the petitioners, armed with deadly weapons, came to the house of the informant and started abusing him. Co-accused Kailash Manjhi and Shivalak Manjhi assaulted him with iron rod, causing fracture injuries on the wrist of left hand as well as

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case. The case lodged by petitioner no. 1 is earlier than that of the present case and the members of defense side had also sustained injuries.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that some injuries found on the person of the informant's son are grievous in nature.

6. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, which shall be disposed of on the day of its filing.
