Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 504, 506 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he prepared a forged agreement regarding selling landed property of the complainant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. The matter relates to civil dispute. Petitioner is aged about 65 years.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that in light of the order rendered in Cr. Misc. no. 51075 of 2014 the petitioner may surrender before the court below and court below may consider his case in light of the said order of the Hon'ble Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, same is rejected.

Any how, if petitioner surrenders in the court below, i.e., learned S.D.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Complaint Case no.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10883 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 1005(c)/2012/Tr no. 1287 of 2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and prays for regular bail, same shall be considered and disposed of in light of order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51075 of 2014 preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order. With the aforesaid observation the present application stands disposed of.
