The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with D.R.I. (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 3 of 2016-17 registered under Sections 20 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of huge quantity of ganja from a tractor registered in the name of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
