2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"I. Issuance of appropriate writ for quashing the order dated 29/12/2023 passed by the Additional Collector, Begusarai in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 82/23-24 (offline) and 133 of 23-24 (online) by which Jamabandi No. 49, 169, 06, 120, 125 and 225 pertaining to land of Mauja: Malhipur, Begusarai has been canceled in respect of land detailed in para 4 of this petition.

II. Issuance of appropriate writ commanding the respondent not to disturb the possession of petitioner and/or not to put this land

Patna High Court CWJC No.11311 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 in the Rok list of the government.

III Any other relief for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to paragraph 18 to submit that Appeal no. 31 of 2024 has been preferred before the Collector, Begusarai where it is pending for last one year.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. Since the matter is of the year 2024, it is expected that the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Begusarai shall be taking up the Appeal no. 31 of 2024 to its logical conclusion after noticing/hearing all the necessary parties preferably by 30.06.2026.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
