In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Halasi P.S. Case No. 201 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police has intercepted a truck of Haryana loaded with heavy quantity of foreign liquor, on a call given by the driver, a person approached there who disclosed his name as Yuvraj Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mobile number which was given to the driver is not his mobile. Looking to the quantity of liquor received, this

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and makes a prayer for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will pass orders in accordance with law.
