This Court has carefully perused the order dated 8.8.2008 which is sought to be reviewed in this application. Having regard to the issue of addition of party this Court does not find any error in the order sought to be reviewed. No.17 of 2009 (4) dt.04-11-2015 modification petition and review is only trying to delay the disposal of eviction case filed against him in the year 2005 pending before the Munsif I, Hajipur and therefore, while dismissing this review application it would direct the Munsif I, Hajipur or any other court in seisin of Eviction Case No. 5/2005 for its being taken up on day to day basis and its being disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
