This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he has committed murder of the husband of the informant. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage in connection with Atri P.S.
