JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is named in the first information report along with 4 others and omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioner and other accused. The present case was initially registered under Sections-447, 341, 323, 379, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code on 10-05-2014 but the injured died on 27-06-2014 and in postmortem examination, the cause of death of the deceased was found to be septic meningitis, on account of the injury, sustained by the deceased earlier on his head.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2365 of 2015 (3) dt.16-04-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
