The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was working in his field, the accused persons came there and started abusing him. It is also alleged that the accused persons claiming the filed in question, forbade the informant to work and on protest, the informant was assaulted by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The

The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken place between the parties. The injury on the side of the accused has not been explained by the prosecution.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 548 of 2018.
